Das Mittagsbuffet war immer ausgezeichnet ! Die Standard Abendmenues jedoch eintoenig, ohne Abwechslung. |

| Very close to luxury hotel. Trying to be at least. Room service and restaurant really good but pricy. Room/carpet outdated but clean and nice. Looks like the order luxury hotel of the 1980s. Clean. Staff very friendly. Price for room very high. |

| We were very pleased with the quality of the hotel. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to stay long only a day as we were in transit to another location. The staff there were very helpful and we felt safe there. I would recommend this hotel to others while visiting Casa Blanca. |

| Las habitaciones eran muy buenas, pero el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, llamamos 10 veces a los de mantenimiento pero no hicieron nada. |

| We only had a one night stay in this hotel but found the staff very helpful and respectful. We were given a lovely cup of mint tea as we waited to check in which I thought was a nice touch. Simple, but gave a very good first impression. Our air conditioning didn't appear to be working on arrival in our room so we mentioned at the reception desk as we were going out for a walk. Not only was it working perfectly when we got back but they phoned us in the room to make sure we were satisfied with it.
We ordered some room service, which we rarely do, and were expecting small portions but we were very pleasantly surprised with everything we got.
All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location probably isn't the most picturesque but was convenient nonetheless. |

| Typical Sheraton I would say, although the room is really a bit tired and needs renovation badly.
