Recent Sheraton Casablanca Towers Review: "We only had a one night stay in this hotel but found the staff very helpful and respectful. We were given a lovely cup of mint tea as we waited to check in which I thought was a nice touch. Simple, but gave a very good first impression. Our air conditioning didn't appear to be working on arrival in our room so we mentioned at the reception desk as we  were going out for a walk. Not only was it working perfectly when we got back but they phoned us in the room to make sure we were satisfied with it. We ordered some room service, which we rarely do, and were expecting small portions but we were very pleasantly surprised with everything we got. All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location probably isn't the most picturesque but was convenient nonetheless."
